Responsibilities

• Translate plant-wide strategic goals into actionable quality plans and programs.
• Approve operating policies and procedures for quality control across production processes and finished product lines.
• Approve feedstock formulations, energy optimization strategies, and key operational quality targets to drive high efficiency.
• Analyze quality performance trends, investigate standard deviations, and collaborate with Production and Process Engineering teams on root-cause analysis and CAPAs.
• Oversee sampling, measurement, and testing protocols across the production lifecycle.
• Ensure calibration and reliability of testing equipment and lab results.
• Maintain data integrity within the Laboratory Information Management System and approve test certificates.
• Lead IMS/ISO implementation and liaise with regulatory bodies on compliance.
• Manage QA/QC team, budgeting, and resource use; drive cost-reduction and process optimization with plant leadership.
