Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking a Lead Test Analyst to shape quality strategy and boost release confidence across high-impact applications for a leading Australian data and analytics innovator.

You will lead end-to-end testing, develop test plans, coordinate across multiple teams, and mentor analysts while ensuring adherence to SDLC/STLC and best practices. This hybrid role offers day shifts, growth opportunities, and a supportive global delivery environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of software testing/QA with leadership experience.
• Experience across functional, system, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Strong SDLC/STLC knowledge and test management proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing across application delivery projects and enhancements.
• Develop test strategies, test plans, test cases, and test execution schedules.
• Coordinate testing across multiple workstreams to ensure comprehensive functional and integration test coverage.
• Review business requirements, user stories, and solution designs to identify test scenarios, risks, and acceptance criteria.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing as required.
• Lead defect management activities, including triage, prioritization, tracking, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes.
• Mentor and support Test Analysts while promoting best practices and consistent testing standards.
• Report regularly on testing progress, quality metrics, risks, and release readiness.
