Location: Remote (Must be residing in the Philippines)

Schedule: Full-time (Aligned with Australian Eastern Standard Time / AEST business hours)

Employment Type: Full-time (Probationary to Regular after 6-months)

Key Responsibilities

Define test strategy, execution approaches, and coverage models for web-based SaaS applications.

Perform thorough functional, regression, and pre-release testing to ensure application integrity.

Identify, log, track, and retest defects using Jira and test management platforms like TestRail.

Collaborate closely with engineering leads, business analysts, and product managers to influence release decisions and quality standards.

Scope and estimate QA efforts for sprint planning and upcoming feature deliverables.

Participate in continuously improving QA processes, remaining adaptable to future test automation integration and AI-driven testing workflows.

Required Experience
