Job summary

OutForce Inc. is seeking a hands-on QA leader for a SaaS product. You will own QA planning, use AI tools to generate and run tests, and collaborate closely with engineering to enhance coverage and quality.

This contract role starts with an initial focus on AI-augmented testing and extends as value is demonstrated. You will engage in customer-facing collaboration, triage defects, and help establish QA practices across the product lifecycle, aligning with live SaaS environments and AU working

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA and test management for software products, including strategy and planning.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to generate test cases, scripts or data.
• Experience executing automated and manual tests and maintaining suites.
• Ability to triage failures and work with engineering to resolve them.
• Strong understanding of SDLC testing: functional, regression, exploratory, UAT.
• Skill in evaluating AI output for accuracy and coverage.
• Experience defining and reporting quality metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own QA and test management for a SaaS product, across releases.
• Personally use AI tools to generate test cases and scripts from requirements.
• Execute test runs (functional, regression, exploratory) using AI-assisted and manual methods.
• Triage failures and drive remediation with engineering.
• Review AI-generated test content for accuracy and coverage before use.
• Maintain and evolve the test suite; close coverage gaps as product evolves.
• Define and track quality metrics and report to engineering leadership.
• Coordinate UAT planning with Product, Delivery and clients.
