Job summary

Remote Office is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to ensure quality of web and SaaS products. The role combines manual testing with automation, across REST APIs, UI, and data validation, within an agile environment. This is a remote, initial 6-month contract with potential extension for the right fit.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of QA experience, strong communication skills, and hands-on expertise with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Postman/Insomnia, and CI/CD collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of QA experience.
• Hands-on in manual testing and test case management.
• Solid knowledge of automated testing and frameworks.
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman/Insomnia) and web/app automation.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements and designs to define testing needs.
• Create test plans, cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Perform functional, exploratory, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Identify and track defects through resolution.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum sprints and QA planning.
• Communicate QA findings to stakeholders.
