Job summary

M3 Global Research is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to manage daily QA activities for engineering outputs, ensuring software quality, functionality, and scalability across products. You will test and validate features, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to a robust automation strategy in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Ideal candidates will have 4+ years in QA/testing, strong automation expertise with Selenium, Playwright, and Cypress, and the ability to work US EST hours

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or related work experience.
• 4+ years of relevant QA/testing automation experience.
• Experience with business software systems and user management.
• Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes.
• Teamwork oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Ingenuity and willingness to learn new techniques.
• Superior problem-solving ability; an analytical mindset.
• Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure product quality and reliability prior to delivery.
• Communicates quality standards to QA and development teams.
• Coordinates product testing processes.
• Identifies and analyzes issues and defects; recommends solutions.
• Reviews client, customer, and user feedback.
