Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of QA/testing experience.
• Strong experience in UI/Web application testing.
• Experience in API testing using Postman/Swagger and basic SQL knowledge.
• Intermediate experience with test automation frameworks and reporting (1 year).
• Experience in E-commerce, particularly with checkout and payments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and translate into detailed test cases and test scripts.
• Create and maintain test plans, test data, and traceability matrices.
• Execute functional, integration and regression tests; report defects clearly.
• Review test cases and assist junior QA in peer reviews; mentor as needed.
• Prepare Test Summary Reports and Acceptance Test Certificates; ensure timely delivery.
