Job summary

Anthesis Group in the Philippines seeks a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (Automation) to design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies for proprietary software systems. You will lead manual and automated testing efforts across UI, API, and integration testing, while mentoring junior teammates in a dynamic, quality-driven environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and improve testing processes, ensuring high standards and robust documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in software testing (manual + automated).
• Strong knowledge of QA principles, Agile/Scrum, and testing tooling.

Responsibilities

• Test planning and execution across UI, API, and integration tests.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Lead defect management and coordinate with developers and product owners.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to improve quality.
• Oversee Jira and documentation, mentor junior testers.
