Zusammenfassung

TP ICAP is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer for its Client Facing Technology team in the Philippines. You will lead automated testing, evolve the testing framework, and ensure high-quality releases for client-facing platforms used in electronic trading.

You will design and execute automated tests, coordinate with analysts, developers and PMs, and occasionally perform manual testing. Hybrid work arrangements in Manila are supported.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in automated testing in a global financial services company or vendor using Cucumber / Gherkin / Selenium / FIX4J.
• 5+ years of experience and knowledge of FX products and instruments including FIX protocol and market data.
• Proficiency with Linux, SQL, Messaging & Distributed Systems.
• Able to work independently, and take ownership in ensuring high-quality products for users.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Aufgaben

• Design, write, execute and maintain automated test cases.
• Maintain and enhance existing automation tests and framework.
• Produce test cases, test scripts and test data-based requirements.
• Estimate the work involved within the testing cycle from product specs.
• Ensure that testing yields high-quality product releases.
• Identify and document issues and track them through defect tools.
• Guide and support internal functions through the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with business analysts, developers and PMs on testing.
• Liaise with support teams and offshore developers.
• Report QA status to stakeholders and demonstrate progress.
• Fulfil ad hoc duties and occasional manual testing as needed.
