OutPerform Global Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst / Software Tester to join our growing BPO team in Taguig. You will design, develop and execute manual test scripts for functional and regression testing against business requirements.

The role emphasizes strong defect communication, test reporting, and mentoring the QA team. Candidates should have 3+ years in a Lead Test Analyst or Senior QA Engineer role and a passion for testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience as Lead Test Analyst or Senior QA Engineer.
• Full understanding of Software Development/Testing Life Cycle.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment, with timely follow-up.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop and execute manual test scripts for functional and regression testing to the business requirements.
• Strong communication of defects and preparing test reports.
• Provide continual improve to QA standards throughout the software development life cycle.
• Provide continual process improvement and mentorship to all QA team members.
