Job summary

OutPerform Global Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst / Software Tester to join our growing BPO team in Taguig. You will design, develop and execute manual test scripts for functional and regression testing against business requirements.

The role emphasizes strong defect communication, test reporting, and mentoring the QA team. Candidates should have 3+ years in a Lead Test Analyst or Senior QA Engineer role and a passion for testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience as Lead Test Analyst or Senior QA Engineer.
• Full understanding of Software Development/Testing Life Cycle.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment, with timely follow-up.

• Strong interpersonal skills and team player attitude.
• Outstanding communication skills both oral and written. Proven ability to communicate well with other team members and our clients.
• Follows close attention to detail and follow-up with an extreme sense of urgency and perseverance.
• Full understanding of Software Development/Testing Life Cycle.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment, and provide timely and accurate follow up to inquiries.
• Ability to perform all duties with minimal supervision.
