Job summary

OutPerform Global Solutions, based in the Philippines, seeks a Quality Assurance Analyst / Software Tester to join our Manila-based team in BGC Taguig. The role focuses on designing, developing and executing manual test scripts for functional and regression testing against business requirements.

You'll collaborate across teams, report defects clearly, and help improve QA standards throughout the software development life cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• 3+ years’ experience in a Lead Test Analyst or a Senior QA Engineer.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team player attitude.
• Outstanding communication skills both oral and written. Proven ability to communicate well with other team members and our clients.
• Full understanding of Software Development/Testing Life Cycle.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment, and provide timely and accurate follow up to inquiries.
• Ability to perform all duties with minimal supervision.
• Passion for continuous learning. A LOVE for testing a must.
