Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA experience supporting digital products, SaaS applications, or chatbots.
• Proficiency in functional, regression, end-to-end, and UAT testing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience creating test plans, test cases, and defect reports.
• Understanding of customer journeys, lead generation, and sales processes.
• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Test chatbot conversations to ensure responses are accurate and aligned with business requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, end-to-end, and UAT testing for chatbot features and updates.
• Identify bugs, broken journeys, incorrect responses, and improvement areas.
• Evaluate chatbot performance across the customer journey from lead to sales handoff.
• Support experiments, A/B testing, and new feature launches.
• Analyze performance and recommend improvements to increase engagement and conversion.
• Create test plans, QA documentation, and quality scorecards.
