Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst and QA Analyst, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, testing and QA tools.
• Knowledge of chatbot technologies and Artificial Intelligence.
• Experience with Knowledge Management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the project.
• Collect, validate, and verify requirements to ensure they meet business needs within project scope.
• Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories.
• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including process flows, use cases, and functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to align goals and deliverables.
• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure quality.
• Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing on solution features.
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues with development teams for timely resolution.
• Create, curate, and update content for the AI knowledge base, including documentation, FAQs, and training materials.
• Coordinate with business users, developers, UX/UI designers, and others to ensure functionality and integration.
