MicroSourcing, a leading Philippine-based outsourcing provider, seeks a Senior Python Full-Stack Engineer to join onsite in Cebu. You will build and maintain full-stack features across Python/Flask backends, templates, and JavaScript interfaces, while connecting to external systems and AI-enabled workflows.

Ideal candidates bring strong Python experience, full-stack capabilities, Flask expertise, and AWS/containerization knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong Python experience in a mature production codebase.
• Full-stack development with backend, databases, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
• Practical Flask or similar Python web framework experience.
• Relational databases, SQL, ORM development, and migrations.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs, authentication, webhooks, retries, timeouts.
• Knowledge of AWS and containerized environments; solid Git practices.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end features across Python/Flask backend, templates, JavaScript, APIs, and integrations.
• Develop workflows connecting web apps with AI, voice systems, webhooks, queues, EHR/CRM.
• Understand and improve a production codebase with established conventions.
• Design and troubleshoot REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks, retries, idempotency, background jobs.
