Qualifications

Strong professional Python experience in a mature production codebase.
Full-stack capability spanning backend and frontend UI.
Practical experience with Flask, PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, and schema migrations.
Experience integrating 3rd-party APIs and debugging webhooks.
Proficiency using AI coding tools to accelerate development safely.

Responsibilities

Ship end-to-end features and fixes across backend, templates, UI, and database models.
Extend agentic workflows connecting web apps to AI/voice systems, webhooks, queues, and CRM/EHR platforms.
Build reliable integrations, REST APIs, OAuth, retries, and background processing systems.
Manage relational data changes safely using PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, and migrations.
Leverage AI-native development environments to read code, write tests, and accelerate delivery.
