Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Python Full-Stack Engineer to deliver end-to-end features across backend services, templates, and interfaces. You will work on AI-enabled workflows, integrations with EHR/CRM platforms, and robust data management in a mature production environment.

You will contribute to REST APIs, background jobs, and automated tests while collaborating via GitHub and CI/CD. The role is onsite in Cebu with night shifts and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Strong Python experience in a mature production codebase.
• Full-stack development including backend, databases, HTML/CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience with Flask or equivalent Python web framework.
• Experience with relational databases, SQL and ORM migrations.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and handling auth, webhooks and retries.
• Knowledge of AWS and containerized environments.
• Git/GitHub practices and PR reviews.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end features across Python/Flask backend, front-end interfaces, APIs and integrations.
• Develop agentic workflows linking web apps with AI/voice systems and external services.
• Understand and improve existing production code with minimal rewrites.
• Design and maintain REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks, retries and background jobs.
• Manage PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy models, Alembic migrations and Redis.
