Lennor Group is seeking a Senior Python Developer for its hybrid setup in the Philippines. The role focuses on building asynchronous back-end services with FastAPI, PostgreSQL integrations, and scalable REST APIs within a BPO-oriented tech solutions context.

The candidate should bring 6–8 years of Python backend experience, strong SQLAlchemy and Pydantic skills, and hands-on Docker/Kubernetes knowledge for deployment and reliability.

Formación

• 6–8 years of experience in Python backend development or a closely related software engineering role.
• Hands-on experience developing asynchronous applications and REST APIs using FastAPI.
• Experience with Pydantic for request validation, data modeling, and response serialization.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and SQLAlchemy 2.0-style ORM development, including mapped classes and relationship loading strategies.
• Experience designing REST APIs with structured error handling and consistent response schemas.
• Experience implementing database migrations using Liquibase XML changesets and Maven-based workflows.
• Experience writing automated tests using pytest and mocking dependencies with unittest.mock.
• Familiarity with PyArrow and Arrow Flight for data access and integration.
• Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm deployment concepts.
