Job summary

Global-Estate Resorts, Inc., a subsidiary of Megaworld Corporation, is seeking an experienced Property/Facilities Manager to oversee property owners' needs at Laurel, Batangas and Biñan, Laguna.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields, strong communication, leadership, and at least 3 years in property/real estate management. You will supervise service providers and coordinate maintenance and site developments to ensure operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in relevant fields such as Property Development/Real Estate Management, Engineering or Business.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, developers, agencies, public officials and the general public.
• At least 3 years of experience as Assistant Manager/Manager in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform all property management functions and activities for the property owners.
• Responsible for the maintenance and enhancement of all developments at the site.
• Inform respective departments on property management requirements of the site.
• Responsible for all facets of operations of the property to which he/she is assigned.
• Responsible in the supervision of all service providers engaged for the assigned project.
