Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Senior Scheduler to lead and maintain integrated project schedules across complex engineering and construction programs in Manila. You will drive baseline development, monitor progress, and provide actionable insights to project leadership.

Responsibilities include coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, managing multiple workstreams, and ensuring schedule governance in line with company standards. A strong track record with Primavera P6 is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of scheduling/controls experience in engineering or construction.
• Experience developing and maintaining complex project schedules.
• Experience with multi-workstream projects and interfaces.
• Proficient in baseline development, tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong understanding of planning methodologies and lifecycle management.
• Proficient with Primavera P6 or similar software.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining integrated project schedules across all project phases.
• Establishing and managing schedule baselines and ensuring schedule integrity.
• Monitoring progress against approved schedules and milestones.
• Performing schedule tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Identifying schedule risks and mitigation strategies with stakeholders.
• Coordinating schedule updates and progress reporting with project teams.
• Managing schedules across multiple workstreams and dependencies.
• Preparing schedule performance reports and dashboards.
• Supporting schedule reviews and project controls governance activities.
• Ensuring schedules align with organisational standards and requirements.
• Collaborating with cost control and project controls teams for reporting.
• Maintaining scheduling documentation within project management systems.
