Job summary

ZKTeco Singapore is seeking a motivated Project Sales Manager (Senior) to drive end-to-end project sales for security and access control solutions in Singapore. You will engage with end-users, system integrators, consultants, and key decision-makers to deliver tailored, value-based solutions.

In this individual contributor role, you will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification through to proposals, negotiations, and successful closure, while building long-term

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT or related discipline.
• Proven track record in project or solution sales including tender work.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to close complex deals.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work in fast-paced international environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and manage a pipeline of project opportunities in Security & Access Control in Singapore.
• Lead consultative engagements with end-users, contractors, M&E consultants and system integrators.
• Manage end-to-end project sales lifecycle from lead generation to proposal, negotiation and closure.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals and product demonstrations.
