Job summary

Pureprofile, a global data and insights organisation, is seeking a Project Consultant in the Philippines. You will oversee campaign delivery for a portfolio of clients, ensuring proactive client engagement and delivering projects on time and within budget.

In this role you will coordinate with end clients and cross-functional teams, manage briefs, kick-offs, and statements of work, and support with QA, reporting, and invoicing processes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in Project Manager/ Account Management role or equivalent.
• Proven ability to manage a high number of complex projects to a high standard at any given time.
• Experience working within the Australian Market Research industry.
• Proven experience and excellence in panel solutions, delivery and operational accountabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage complete project operations and delivery, working directly with the end client and cross-functional teams internally to meet client and/or consumer requirements.
• Receiving and clarifying the client project briefs and tasks.
• Arranging kick-off calls and updating project specs into a statement of work.
• Reviewing survey questionnaires for design/experience and consulting for best practice.
• Data and quality assurance checks actioned.
• Data and report generation and invoicing per completed project specifications.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

Responsible for working closely with the Pureprofile Full Service client base, the Project Consultant will oversee and manage the entire campaign delivery process for a portfolio of clients. They will be tasked with demonstrating proactive client engagement and building a reputation for reliable and flawlessly executed projects that are always on time and to budget.

CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Strategy

• Assisting on tasks where required which may include:
  • Team process improvements
  • Salesforce improvements to assist the team to work more efficiently and consistently on a daily basis
  • Assisting with auditing for accreditation purposes
  • Working with others in the business to enhance the offering / services of the delivery team
  • Identifying systemic issues for review and continuous improvements
  • Support sales team by attending meetings with clients and providing advice on operational best practices

Operations

• Manage complete project operations and delivery, working directly with the end client and cross-functional teams internally to meet client and/ or consumer requirements
• Receiving and clarifying the client project briefs and tasks
• Arranging kick-off calls and updating project specs into a statement of work
• Reviewing survey questionnaires for design / experience (incl. mobile optimization) and consulting for best practice
• Basic scripting/ programming fulfillment
• Assisting with programming queries for all key clients prior to scripting team coming online
• Effective and proactive stakeholder management both internally and externally
• Decision management when engaging outside suppliers, costs and commissioning
• Sample / Quota Management and fulfilment
• Data and quality assurance checks actioned
• Data and report generation
• Compliance on best practices

Administration

• Ensuring detailed project briefs/ specs are accurately documented in Salesforce and updated
• Creating and updating daily progress reports and solutions
• Invoicing per completed project specifications and company processes
• Ensuring all project details are documented as per required accreditations and policies

ABOUT YOU:
