Our comprehensive services include professional kitchen design, custom kitchen equipment fabrication, cold storage and heavy‑duty refrigeration equipment, professional food service equipment, HVAC, industrial exhaust and fresh air systems, gas line and fire suppression installations, as well as kitchen builds, fit‑outs, and renovations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare mechanical designs, engineering calculations, shop drawings, and technical documentation for mechanical systems and kitchen equipment installations.
- Design commercial kitchen exhaust, fresh air, kitchen fire suppression, gas piping, and other related mechanical systems in compliance with applicable codes and engineering standards.
- Prepare project schedules, execution plans, cost estimates, budgets, and implementation strategies.
- Oversee project implementation, ensuring completion within approved scope, timeline, budget, and quality requirements.
- Supervise and inspect the installation of mechanical systems and kitchen equipment, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections, monitor project progress, and promptly resolve technical and site‑related issues.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments throughout project execution.
- Review and approve technical submittals, purchase requisitions, material specifications, and equipment selections.
- Prepare project progress reports, as‑built documentation, testing and commissioning reports, and project turnover documents.
- Assist in securing permits, regulatory approvals, and compliance with applicable government requirements.
- Perform other related duties as may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer (preferred)
- Proven experience in MEPFS design and project execution
- Knowledgeable in HVAC systems, gas line and fire suppression systems, etc.
- Preferably has a valid driver's license and own motorcycle (allowance provided).
- Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting skills
- Willing to conduct regular site visits and fieldwork
