Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a Project Manager for a construction project based in Las Piñas. The role requires leading project execution from start to finish, coordinating with contractors, clients, and suppliers, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant engineering degree, PRC licensure, and at least five years of FDAS and Auxiliary experience, with strong planning, scheduling, and leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering and PRC license as Electronics or Electrical Engineer.
• 5 years related work experience in FDAS and Auxiliary Items.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or related industry.
• Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills.
• Knowledgeable in project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall project execution from start to completion.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower, and resources (SWM).
• Supervise project team, contractors, and site activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to plans.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor daily and weekly progress.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Handle project documentation, reports, and progress billing (FWAR/PB).
• Identify issues, delays, and risks; implement solutions and catch-up plans.
• Manage variation orders, testing & commissioning, and project close-out.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies.
• Lead team development, meetings, and performance monitoring.
• Perform other related duties as assigned
