Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management is seeking a seasoned Project Manager for its construction division in Parañaque. You will lead project execution from initiation to close-out, coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver on time and on budget.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in electronics or electrical engineering, PRC license, 5 years of FDAS and auxiliary experience, and proven leadership and scheduling skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering required.
• Must be a Registered and Licensed Electronics or Electrical Engineer (PRC licensed).
• 5 years related work experience in FDAS and Auxiliary Items.
• Proven Project Manager experience in construction or related industry.
• Strong leadership, planning, and project management skills.
• Knowledgeable in project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
• Experience handling contractors, suppliers, and client coordination.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to do site visits and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall project execution from start to completion.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower, and resources (SWM).
• Supervise project team, contractors, and site activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to plans.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor daily and weekly progress.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Handle project documentation, reports, and progress billing (FWAR/PB).
• Identify issues, delays, and risks; implement solutions and catch-up plans.
• Manage variation orders, testing & commissioning, and project close-out.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company policies.
• Lead team development, meetings, and performance monitoring.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
