Job summary

InspireX in Cebu, Philippines, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of customer-facing and internal software projects from discovery through to release. You will coordinate with Engineering, QA and UX to keep priorities aligned, manage risks, and ensure commitments are met in a global, hybrid work environment.

We expect 5+ years of software delivery experience, deep Agile/Scrum practice, and the ability to translate business needs into executable plans while communicating

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering software or technology projects, with responsibility for delivery management.
• Strong practical experience with Agile and Scrum delivery, planning, estimation, dependency management and tracking.
• Experience involving hardware/software integration or the professional AV industry is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of customer-facing software projects, driving teams toward milestones, sprint goals and release commitments.
• Translate business and technical requirements into clear, achievable delivery outcomes.
• Establish and maintain delivery plans, milestones, schedules and release plans.
• Own project health reporting, milestone tracking, risk management and escalation.
• Maintain project structure, backlog, epics, features, user stories, releases and versions for visibility.
• Coordinate across Engineering, UI/UX and QA to remove blockers and ensure smooth handoffs.
