Merkle in Makati City, Philippines is seeking a Technical Project Manager to coordinate multiple software delivery programs across global, distributed teams, focusing on AI-enabled workflows and agentic systems.

You will lead standups, manage scope, dependencies, and delivery cadence, translating between technical teams and business partners while leveraging AI tools to draft plans and keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of project management experience.
• 2-4 years in software or application delivery.
• Ability to read solution designs and track risks.
• Experience coordinating distributed or offshore teams.
• Clear, direct communication between tech and non-tech partners.
• Familiar with AI, ML, or agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery of multiple concurrent programs from intake to deployment.
• Coordinate cross-time-zone teams to keep work moving.
• Bridge between Finance, Sales, Delivery, HR, and the build team.
• Run delivery cadence and keep commitments across time zones.
• Surface risk and slippage early with recommended paths.
• Maintain portfolio governance in the PM tool.
• Design and sharpen how the team runs delivery.
