Job summary

Lingaro Group Philippines is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager and Product Owner to lead end-to-end delivery across Data & Analytics, BI, Web Development, and Data Platform domains. You will translate business needs into clear scope, priorities, and practical solutions that maximize value within budget and contract boundaries.

You’ll own delivery priorities, manage scope, risks, and timelines, and partner with clients and technical teams to remove blockers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing technical IT projects in Data & Analytics, BI, Web Development, Data Platforms, or similar domains.
• Experience blending Project Manager and Product Owner duties, including backlog ownership, prioritization, acceptance criteria, and value-based decision-making.
• Strong ownership mindset, customer focus, and ability to proactively solve problems.
• Fluency in English, spoken and written.
• Experience in project planning, monitoring, controlling, reporting, and stakeholder management in Agile or hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper documentation, knowledge management, and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Strong ownership mindset, customer focus, and ability to proactively solve problems.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear delivery scope and drive practical, outcome-oriented solutions.
• Experience in project planning, monitoring, controlling, reporting, and stakeholder management in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
• Ability to assess scope changes, understand delivery impact, and communicate recommendations clearly.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
