Job summary

Staff Domain Inc is seeking a qualified professional to produce compliant civil engineering drawings for road and drainage works, review inspection data, and support ongoing project management improvements. You will research design innovations and ensure documentation meets guidelines and codes.

You will also gather and verify electronic data, maintain project records, support contract management, and respond promptly to client requests while reporting to the Manager Roads and Infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Produces compliant engineering drawings for civil, road and drainage works to guidelines, standards and codes.
• Reviews site inspection reports, measurement data and specifications; applies required design adjustments.
• Contributes to the development, maintenance and improvement of job management processes and systems within the company.
• Undertakes to research and include innovation in design solutions where appropriate.
• Sources and verifies electronic data supplied by others.
• Maintains project records, drawings and maps per company filing standards.
• Supports refinement of job management systems.
• Handles additional assigned tasks.
• Prepares tender and contract documents.
• Incorporates field-reported data into contract deliverables.
• Supports contract management system improvements.
• Represents the Company with honesty and integrity.
• Responds promptly to client requests.
• Reports to MANAGER ROADS AND INFRASTRUCTURE.
