Job summary
GREENBELT ENERGY INC is seeking a Finance Manager – Project Finance to lead structuring, evaluation, and execution of financing for energy and infrastructure projects in the Philippines. The role requires deep banking experience, credit underwriting, and bankable modeling to drive transactions from assessment to close and ongoing monitoring.

Qualifications
- 5–10 years in project finance or related fields.
- Strong bank experience and credit underwriting.
- Advanced financial modeling incl. DSCR/LLCR/PLCR.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project-financing strategies and covenant structures.
- Lead financing discussions with banks and DFIs and other lenders.
- Prepare lender presentations, information memoranda, and financing proposals.
- Oversee financing workstreams from lender engagement to drawdown and close.
- Assess refinancing, bridge financing, and construction facilities.
- Anticipate lender credit requirements and documentation standards.
- Build relationships with bank stakeholders and project-finance teams.
- Develop integrated project-finance models and cash-flow waterfalls.
- Coordinate due diligence with internal teams and advisers.
