Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with 5+ years in project management.
• Master’s degree in engineering is an advantage.
• Leadership track record with results, especially in manufacturing.
• Proven experience in manufacturing engineering principles and processes.
• Experience with PFMEA, control plans, PPAP and PDCA.
• Knowledge of production concepts and industry standards.
• Analytical, data-driven problem solving using 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa.
• Strong data interpretation and informed decision making.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to collaborate globally.

Responsibilities

• Plans action items, resources, and timelines with cross-functional managers.
• Guides the team to ensure timely completion and accountability.
• Identifies risks to milestones and proposes mitigations.
• Reviews status with cross-functional teams and sets priorities.
• Communicates data-driven, clear, respectful messages under pressure.
