Job summary

Zenith Foods Corporation, Inc is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead the planning, design, and execution of major capital expenditure projects at our Canlubang, Laguna site. You will drive end-to-end project management from concept through construction and turnover, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule targets.

You will oversee feasibility, design, budgeting, construction, and commissioning, while coordinating with contractors, architects, and engineers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Electronics Engineering (Licensed Engineer preferred).
• Minimum five years of managerial experience in plant engineering or industrial project management.
• Strong background in civil/structural design, mechanical systems, utilities, and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end project management from concept to turnover.
• Develops timelines, budgets, and performance controls.
• Oversees contractors, architects, and engineers.
• Ensures compliance with standards, regulatory and safety guidelines.
• Monitors project costs, progress, and risks with reporting.
• Drives continuous improvement and best practices.
