Proven track record in cost management and change control.

Responsibilities

Assist the project manager in developing project scope of work for project controls.
Prepare and understand schedules from project documents.
Collaborate with discipline personnel to prepare schedules.
Convert scope into linked, resourced project schedules.
Develop progress curves and manpower histograms.
Monitor progress and prepare schedule progress reports.
Prepare earned value reports and analysis.
Provide input on budgeting and forecast data.
