Job summary

AECOM is seeking a professional to develop, implement, and maintain cost controls and planning/scheduling functions for complex projects. You will apply analytical solutions to project controls challenges while coordinating with PMs and sub-teams.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least four years of relevant experience, with strong MS Office skills and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, accounting, finance, or other associated degree.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop cost and schedule control plans and tools for project management.
• Support contract review and insurance verification processes.
• Review project controls requirements of RFP/opportunity and provide support.
• Identify cost and schedule variances and implement corrective actions.
• Lead tracking of budget, costs, labor hours, and progress.
