Job summary

Pureprofile, a global data and insights organisation, is seeking a Senior Project Consultant to oversee campaign delivery for a portfolio of high value clients. You will ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, engage proactively with clients, and coordinate cross-functional teams to optimise survey design and reporting.

Qualifications

3–5 years’ experience in a Project Manager or Account Management role.
Experience handling a high volume of complex projects to a high standard.
Experience with the Australian Market Research industry.
Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver on time and on budget.

Responsibilities

Oversee project delivery for a portfolio of high value clients.
Manage client briefs, kick-off calls, and statements of work.
Review survey design for best practice and mobile optimization.
Scripting/fulfillment using Decipher when required.
Stakeholder management and coordination with suppliers and internal teams.
Data quality checks, reporting, and ensuring adherence to accreditation standards.
Onboarding and training support for project teams.
