Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking a Senior Project and Change Manager to lead hands-on execution of complex initiatives using PMI methodologies, coordinating with the Partner Management PMO Team to drive continuous improvement.

The role requires 5+ years of project management, PMP certification, and strong communication across functions; proficiency in Office 365 or Google Suite and tools like JIRA, Asana, Lucidchart, and Smartsheet is preferred. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional project management experience.
• PMP certification (Required).
• Change Management certification (e.g., CCMP, Prosci) (Preferred).
• Demonstrated experience managing and coordinating complex projects.
• Proficiency with business applications such as Office 365 or Google Suite.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Lucidchart) and automation tools (e.g., Smartsheet).
• Project management and execution skills to plan and deliver goals, deadlines, and budgets.
• Excellent change management skills.
• Process optimization to improve workflows and efficiency.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve objectives.
• Clear, effective communication to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate projects prioritized by the Partner Management PMO team.
• Apply PMI and Change Management methodologies to ensure strong project execution.
• Communicate effectively with the PMO team and stakeholders.
• Ensure efficient use of resources throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the PMO team in allocating projects, planning, and timelines.
• Utilize unified Communications tools such as Zoom, Google Workspace, MS Teams.
