Job summary

Meralco is seeking a Project Manager Architect to lead end-to-end non-electric project life cycles—from planning and design to construction and QA. You will develop policies, optimize spaces, and ensure projects stay within approved budgets while meeting international and local standards.

The role requires collaboration with architects, engineers, and regulators, with on-site responsibilities at Meralco facilities in Ortigas/Pasig. Strong leadership and technical design skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect with relevant design and construction experience.
• At least 2 years in design/construction of facilities, buildings, and property.
• Diploma/certification in Construction/Project/Facilities/Property Management or Urban Planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead space optimization aligned to company objectives and standards.
• Develop policies and standards for lands, spaces, buildings, and equipment.
• Coordinate architectural/engineering design across multiple projects to avoid clashes.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and documentation; support permitting processes.
