Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Licensed Architect).
• 1-5 years of experience in architectural design and quantity surveying.
• Proficient in Autocad, Lumnion, Sketchup, Revit and Vray.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed architectural design of various structures including landscape design.
• Alterations and redevelopments on architectural design based on project specifications.
• Conduct site visits to verify and coordinate with clients, subcontractors and field engineers regarding project concerns.
• Liaise with design engineers and other concerned organizations regarding project requirements and concerns.
• Provide assistance in the cost estimation of projects based on designs.
