Job summary

The role will be responsible for supporting end-to-end project accounting life cycle activities for assigned accounts and projects. It involves coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate financial closure in a hybrid work environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of project accounting experience, strong knowledge of revenue recognition and long-term construction contracts, and proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle) and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
• At least 5 years of project accounting experience
• Knowledge of end-to-end project lifecycle and contract types
• Knowledge of revenue recognition and long-term construction contracts
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Teams
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle) or similar platforms

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end project accounting life cycle activities
• Coordinate with stakeholders to drive project completions
• Review project financials for revenue recognition
• Analyze projects and provide recommendations
• Assist in process improvements and issue resolution
• Support audit-related activities and responses
• Mentor junior team members as needed
