AECOM Philippines, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Project Accounting professional to support end-to-end lifecycle activities for assigned accounts and projects.

The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, reviewing financials for revenue recognition, and driving process improvements. The candidate should have 5+ years in project accounting, strong knowledge of project lifecycle, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP tools.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in project accounting.
• Knowledge of end-to-end project lifecycle, project accounting concepts & methodology, and contract types.
• Knowledge of revenue recognition and long-term construction contracts is preferred.
• MS Office and MS Teams proficiency.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle) and Blackline is advantageous.
• Experience in a shared services or captive setup is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support end-to-end project accounting life cycle activities for assigned accounts and projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to drive completion of projects.
• Review project financials for accurate revenue recognition.
• Perform in-depth project analysis and provide recommendations.
• Contribute to process improvements and resolve technical issues.
• Support Team Lead/Manager with escalations and disputes related to project financials.
• Assist in audit-related activities and audit responses.
• Provide guidance to junior team members as needed.
