Qualifications

• Min University Degree in Engineering, Science, Operations, Business, or related field; Advanced Degree preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing, OSAT Operations, Supply Chain, or comparable high-technology environment with leadership of complex cross-functional programs.
• Proven track record delivering Strategic, Operational, Productivity, Cost Reduction, and Business Transformation Programs with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Translate Strategic Priorities into structured programs, roadmaps, integrated schedules, and resource plans with clear objectives, accountabilities, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead Complex, High-Impact Programs from initiation through execution and closure, coordinating cross-functional teams across projects, functions, suppliers, and stakeholders.
• Establish robust Program Governance for scope, investment, risks, opportunities, dependencies, and Change Control, with proactive escalation and clear recommendations to Senior Leadership.
• Organize effective Decision-Making, Reporting, and Meeting Structures, ensuring transparent milestone reporting and disciplined follow-through on actions and commitments.
• Manage Competing Priorities and Interdependencies, resolve execution issues, and make timely operational decisions to protect program objectives and business outcomes.
