Job summary

Stripe is seeking a strategic, hands-on Program Manager to lead complex, high-priority competitive programs across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Finance. You will build repeatable playbooks, run cross‑functional initiatives, and partner with executive leaders to move fast and set cadence.

The role requires ownership, strong communication across senior stakeholders, and the ability to turn ambiguity into clear actions in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, business operations, GTM strategy, or related discipline.
• Proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous cross-functional programs from definition to implementation and handoff.
• Experience navigating multiple senior stakeholders with differing incentives and decision rights.
• Strong executive communication skills, including updates for leadership and facilitation of senior sessions.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems, synthesize inputs, make recommendations, and drive decisions.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to diagnose issues and guide prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Build repeatable Competitive Programs infrastructure and playbooks for scale.
• Lead named competitive programs end-to-end with clear objectives and milestones.
• Establish cross-functional operating cadence and program governance.
• Coordinate deal-triage with product, pricing, legal, risk and executive support.
• Translate signals into actions for Product, PMM, Sales, and GTM leadership.
• Report on program health, pipeline, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
• Foster cross-functional relationships and accountable ownership across teams.
• Apply program design skills to other GTM priorities as needed.
