In this role, you will lead the content strategy and enablement engine that powers our highest-stakes executive moments—from global Executive Briefing Centers (EBCs) to bespoke leadership workshops.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product marketing, solutions marketing, or executive enablement in B2B tech, SaaS, or fintech.
• Proven track record building executive-level narratives and high-touch customer workshop motions.
• Experience designing and executing sales enablement programs, speaker training, or certification frameworks.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with experience presenting to C-suite leaders.
• Demonstrated success working cross-functionally across Product, Sales, and Field Marketing teams.
• Bachelor's degree

Responsibilities

• Develop thought leadership narratives for executive-level meetings and advisory boards.
• Drive Executive Briefing Center enablement with messaging toolkits and prep materials.
• Build scalable workshop motions to simplify complex product architectures and showcase Stripe as a complete financial infrastructure.
• Curate an executive-ready demo library for high-touch experiences.
• Lead speaker training and certification programs for Stripe executives and SMEs.
• Scale content using AI agents and workflows to personalize executive materials at scale.
