Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree.
• Solid understanding of production planning, inventory control, and MRP/ERP systems.
• Experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for a specific work center or product family to support on-time delivery.
• Analyze capacity, manage material requirements (MRP), and set factory floor priorities to deliver an effective plan.
• Collaborate with production Senior Supervisors, buyers, and warehouse staff to resolve scheduling conflicts and material shortages.
• Analyze problems of limited scope and recommend solutions to improve workflow and minimize production delays.
