Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems Philippines seeks an Operations Planner to create and manage production schedules and material plans that align with the master schedule. You will analyze supply and demand, manage WIP, and resolve routine scheduling and material issues under supervision.

Work with production Senior Supervisors, buyers, and warehouse staff to maintain on-time delivery, optimize capacity, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree.
• Knowledge of production planning, inventory control, and MRP/ERP systems.
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and cross-functional teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for a specific work center or product family.
• Analyze capacity, manage material requirements (MRP), and set priorities for the factory floor.
• Collaborate with production Senior Supervisors, buyers, and warehouse staff to resolve scheduling conflicts and material shortages.
• Analyze problems of limited scope and recommend solutions to improve workflow and minimize production delays.
