Responsabilités

• Develop and implement business planning strategies across factories and subcontractors using backlog, inventory, and forecasts.
• Manage ATP process to schedule backlog orders while maintaining OTD and meeting customer expectations.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to drive continuous improvements and fulfill customer requirements.
• Respond to SO inquiries and special customer requirements daily.
• Conduct quarterly backlog reviews and actions to achieve revenue targets.
• Oversee scheduling activities related to capacity planning and allocation.
• Build strong relationships with factories, business units, sales, and management.
• Design and improve supply chain planning processes for effective evaluation and control.
• Develop regular reports for operational insights and performance tracking.
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative, productive work environment.
• Moderate domestic travel may be required.
