Responsibilities

• Reviews and evaluates incoming Job Orders to determine product availability, assess production requirements, and coordinate orders requiring manufacturing with the Manufacturing Manager for proper planning and execution
• Prepares and maintains Material Requirement Plans (MRP) based on inventory levels, production schedules, minimum inventory requirements, lead times, and storage capacity to ensure material availability and prevent shortages
• Develops, updates, and monitor production schedules to optimize resource utilization, support efficient production operations, and ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders
• Coordinates with Purchasing, Warehouse, Production, Quality Control, and other departments to ensure the availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and other production requirements while maintaining a smooth production flow
• Monitors production progress and inventory status, identifies potential delays, shortages, or bottlenecks, recommends corrective actions, and assists in inventory forecasting and planning to support operational efficiency
• Generates production planning and inventory reports and responds to customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and delivery schedules to support management decision - making and customer satisfaction
