Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems is seeking an Operations Planner to develop and manage production schedules and material plans, balancing the master schedule with capacity and on-time delivery. You will analyze supply and demand, manage WIP, and collaborate with production senior supervisors, buyers, and warehouse staff to resolve scheduling conflicts and material shortages.

Under general supervision, you will build an achievable factory schedule that improves workflow and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree.
  • Solid understanding of production planning, inventory control, and MRP/ERP systems.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.

Job Summary:
