The incumbent will coordinate with QA, QC, Stores, HR, IT, EHS and Engg. to meet monthly production plans, maintain data integrity, and implement sanitation and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Maintains department cleanliness.
• Monitors QEHS issues and communicates needs of interested parties.
• Implement QEHS policy & objectives.
• Ensures PPE usage.
• Identifies and communicates incidents and nonconformities; investigates and takes corrective actions.
• Manages work permit system during maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordination, monitoring, and control of departmental activities per cGMP norms.
• Aims for optimum productivity through efficient use of resources to deliver products meeting market requirements.
• Maintain quality systems and ensure data integrity at all levels.
• Update SOPs and load final SOPs in ENSUR.
• Prepare and review departmental documents; conduct SAP batch entries and close process orders.
• Impart training to operators and maintain records.
