Job summary

Zentiva in the Philippines is seeking an Executive - Production in pharma to drive monthly production schedules with emphasis on quality, regulatory alignment, and optimal resource use. The role includes SAP tasks, shift leadership of contract staff, and cross-department coordination to maintain production flow.

The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing (packing preferred) and a B.Pharm/M.Pharm, with strong GMP and ISO awareness.

Qualifications

• 1-5 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing (preferably packing).
• Bachelor or Master of Pharmacy degree.
• Experience with SAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implement monthly production schedules with quality and regulatory adherence.
• Perform production activities to achieve 100% customer service.
• Perform SAP-related activities and support production operations.
• Lead and manage contractual staff, FTCs and operators across shifts.
• Troubleshoot issues in assigned areas and ensure ISO 14001 compliance.
